ONE TO ONE COACHING

 

Get the personal touch with one to one running coaching.  Whether its a one off 60 min coaching session or a bespoke 6-8 week coaching plan with weekly coaching sessions, this option is perfect for all runners from beginner to experienced.

 

Specific training plans, proper dynamic warmups, varied training sessions, foundation development, realistic goals, proper running technique for efficient running, injury prevention, weekly tailored training plans, easy instructions and explanations of the benefits of each session, strength and conditioning, training advice and so much more...

 

 

SMALL GROUP COACHING

 

Share the experience!

 

Prefer to have a training partner?  Someone to help you along with your training, motivation and confidence? 

 

Why not do a paired coaching plan or a small group of three option?  Same level of professional coaching as the one to one but sometimes you need that little push from another source. 

 

Work on warmups together, run together, help with each others technique (you be the coach) and enjoy the experience of proper running together.  Sign up for a 5km or 10km then use this as your motivational goal and the added incentive that you have someone else to push you further while being coached at the same level.

 

 



 

 

5 WEEK RUNNING GROUPS

 

We have five specific coached running groups - Beginner, Progressive, Intermediate, Introduction to Interval training and Advanced Interval.  Each group is coached over a 5 week period, with each catering for runners at various fitness levels and different goals. 

 

With the group progression system in place you can start from the beginning and work your way up.  Each group is given a weekly running schedule to follow, along with advice, running tips, S&C as well as running challenges.

 

Broaden your horizons -  See what else can be achieved and see how much your confidence and motivation will improve with a grouped coached session.
