ONLINE RUNNING COACHING

 

We are now offering "Online Running Coaching", specifically designed for runners who cannot attend one to one or group based runs or simply would like to refresh there interest in running, from another perspective.

 

These online programs will have adjustable training plans created with your input, with weekly running schedule emails that are designed to your fitness level whether you are a beginner or PB hunter, along with specific paces that suit your fitness levels. With online feedback via email or messenger, any advice or queries will be offered.

With 6 week, 12 week and 6 month plans available you simply pick the plan to suit you.

 

With runners making avail of this service already im sure they would agree this form of coaching is already helping with there running fitness, motivation and performance.

 

You need to be fully committed and with the right motivation/guidance who knows where it will take you!
