OUR VISION

With so many people involved in the sport of running and so many wanting to be a part of one of the fastest growing sports in the world, we would like to showcase to people that their is so much more to running than just putting on a pair of trainers and heading out the door.

RUNNING TECHNIQUE

The benefits of changing form are enormous. Simple changes to your running mechanics can enhance efficiency and running economy.  Additionally, running correctly can reduce the injury risk, and perhaps most importantly increase basic speed.

WARMUPS AND COOLDOWNS

Ask youself some honest simple questions - Do you warm up? Do you cool down? Better still are you doing it right?  Do you know the benefits? Do you know the correct form?  Do you know why you are warming up or why you are cooling down?  Wouldn't it be nice to say "yes" to all of the above.

SPECIFIC TRAINING

Not only do we offer you tailored coaching plans but we will also educate you on various training session methods that can benefit your running with simple and easy to follow instructions that are jargon free but more so explaining why you are doing that session and the benefits it will have to every aspect of your running i.e. what is a speed session and what are the benefits, what does lactate threshold mean?

PERSONAL BESTS

With proper coaching and specific training, setting yourself a target might be more achieveable than you think.  With a tailored plan and full commitment that elusive PB might just be that one step closer.  Stop being your own coach and let someone else help you achieve that goal - it just might be the push you need!

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Event or competition specific training, advice on injury prevention and recovery, advice on sessions to add strength and power complimenting your basic running, practical advice and guidance, psychological coaching and sport motivation, improve biomechanical movement i.e. agility, balance and co-ordination (ABC's) potentially lose weight and improve self confidence.
